Walk the World –
a Scrub and Soak Experience
Go to our Product page to buy WALK THE WORLD
WALK THE WORLD is a scrub-and-soak experience that exfoliates, detoxifies, grounds and revives weary soles. It can be used in a footbath, or for a full body experience in the tub for greater soulful benefit.
Our feet carry (most of us) around everyday. They connect us directly to the earth. They are often ignored and rarely celebrated, being furthest away from our vision and touch. Take 15 minutes once a week to acknowledge and celebrate your feet. Your return on investment is huge; you’ll feel the benefits for hours, if not days.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Schedule a 15 minute break
- Fill a foot sized basin with toasty warm water
- Submerge feet. Sigh, smile and sink into seat.
- Observe your breath slowing down for 2 mins
- Take right foot and place over left knee, directly over basin.
- Put half a teaspoon of scrub in each hand. Add a drop of water or oil. Rub sides, tops and bottoms of each toe (See more massage instructions below)
- Replace foot into basin
- Repeat steps 5 – 8 with left foot
- Soak feet for another 2 minutes
- Walk the World
WALK THE WORLD contains pure bentonite clay sourced from the Australian outback. Bentonite’s detoxifying capabilities are due to its particular molecular structure that attracts and locks in positively charged particles, characteristic of many toxins. Soak as long as you can. There is nothing quite as grounding as the earth itself.
Salt was traditionally used in superstitions to ward off or protect one from “evil spirits”. The negative ionic charge of salt in water can have a cleansing, calming effect on the bodymind. Finely ground sea salt exfoliates the skin, and combines beautifully with the smoothness of clay. Magnesium sulphate, aka Epsom Salts, benefits tired muscles. Both salts may enhance a beneficial shift in your energy.
Native Australian lemon-scented ironbark, smells a little like lemonade, and has powerful antiseptic qualities. It can provide protection from subtropical fungal out breaks, whilst also being uplifting, stimulating, refreshing and mood enhancing. It may help balance circadian rhythms after a long trip or emotional and physical strain. Peppermint eucalyptus was used during the Australian colonial times to flavour “billy tea”. It shares some of the therapeutic actions of eucalyptus oil, but is more softly scented. Zingy organic peppermint essential oil, once absorbed, acts as a mild diffuse stimulant on the whole being which can provide relaxing rejuvenating effects for hours to come. Essential oils are not suitable during pregnancy.
WALK THE WORLD flower essences:

- Grasstree to help one align with earth energy.
- Self heal to cleanse the body and the mind.
