Food impacts mood and mental health
Turns out your gut microbes impact your mood! What you eat feeds your gut microbes. When you feed them well, you have a better chance of feeling well too!
The food you eat impacts the species living there, as well as the types of chemicals they release into your system. There’s now sufficient evidence to show that diet directly influences mental health.
Learn the types of foods you can eat, and avoid, to enhance you and your team’s mood and mental well being!
This workshop looks at humans mood, touching on both depression and anxiety, by considering it from a wider perspective. The aim is to reduce the stigma of mental health disorders, whilst also providing some effective nutrition and lifestyle medicines to support good mood.
